Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Executive Director - Finance (Entertainment) to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our entertainment projects in Saudi Arabia.

This strategic role will shape the financial landscape, provide leadership to the finance team, and ensure alignment with Vision 2030 while driving growth and robust internal controls across multi-project initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with focus on entertainment or hospitality.
• Proven leadership in complex, multi-project environments.
• Strong financial modeling, analysis and forecasting skills.
• Excellent knowledge of local and international financial regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance function for entertainment developments, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives while maximizing revenue and controlling costs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for all entertainment projects, ensuring alignment with targets.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management with insights and recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs and drive accountability across departments regarding financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and robust internal controls across all processes.
• Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting professional development.

This strategic role will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our diverse entertainment projects, ensuring the company's fiscal health and driving strategic financial initiatives.

The Executive Director will play a vital role in shaping the financial landscape of Qiddiya, providing leadership and strategic direction to the finance team, and ensuring that all financial practices align with the company's growth objectives and Vision 2030 goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance function for Qiddiya's entertainment developments, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support overall business objectives while maximizing revenue and controlling costs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for all entertainment projects, ensuring alignment with performance targets.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive accountability across departments regarding financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, implementing robust internal controls across all financial processes.
• Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Support investment analysis and capital budgeting processes for new entertainment initiatives and projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
• At least 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong focus on the entertainment or hospitality sectors.
• Proven track record of financial leadership in complex, multi-project environments.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of local and international financial regulations and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in leading finance teams and managing financial operations.
• Superior analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in stakeholder management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the Middle East region is advantageous.
