Job summary

Visa is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant, Technical Program Manager to join our Client Services Advisory Onboarding and Implementation team in Saudi Arabia. You will drive complex, technology-driven payment solutions by providing dedicated program management, implementation support, and technical expertise.

The ideal candidate leads high-quality, non-routine, market-wide projects and advises C-suite executives on strategic and technical matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, IT consulting, or technical implementation.
• Proven track record leading complex technical initiatives from initiation to launch.
• Deep understanding of payment processing, card scheme operations, authorization, clearing, settlement, and emerging payment technologies.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-country client onboarding and complex payment solution implementations.
• Lead development of the overall program plan and coordinate delivery across client and internal stakeholder groups.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client C-suite executives and senior leadership, providing strategic and technical guidance.
• Represent and advocate for the client’s requirements across internal Visa teams.
• Establish and manage program governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Drive speed to execution and improve client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Lead pre-sales engagements, including solution positioning and deal structuring.
• Contribute to development and launch of new service offerings.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver joint projects and identify new Advisory opportunities.
