Job summary

Esports Foundation seeks a Director to lead the Board of Trustees Secretariat in Riyadh, driving governance excellence and ensuring compliant, timely support for board and committee activities.

You will manage a three-person Secretariat team, coordinate with the Secretary General, and supervise documentation, minutes, and action tracking with a focus on confidentiality and risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in board secretariat or governance roles within Saudi Arabia.
• Experience supporting Boards and Committees.
• Proven leadership of teams and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Board and Committee governance framework in line with laws and best practices.
• Develop and maintain the annual Board and Committee calendar and outputs.
• Ensure effective follow-up on Board decisions and action tracking.
