JOB PURPOSE:

The Director of Administration & Operations Management is responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end telecom operations and administrative functionsacross KSA. The role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, cost control, and effective coordination between technical, commercial, and support teams to support large-scale telecom projects.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations Management

• Lead and manage telecom operations including rollout, optimization, O&M, and project execution across KSA.


• Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with STC / Mobily / Zain standards and contractual SLAs.


• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and KPIs to improve efficiency and productivity.


• Oversee resource planning, workforce deployment, and vendor/subcontractor management.

Administration & Support Functions

• Oversee administration, HR coordination, logistics, procurement, and facility management.
