Job summary

XAD Technologies is seeking an Account Manager to lead end-to-end telecom operations in Saudi Arabia, ensuring regulatory compliance, cost control and proactive coordination across technical, commercial, and support teams for large-scale projects.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and stakeholder leadership to deliver projects on schedule and within contractual SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Lead and manage telecom operations including rollout, optimization, O&M, and project execution across KSA.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with STC / Mobily / Zain standards and contractual SLAs.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and KPIs to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee resource planning, workforce deployment, and vendor/subcontractor management.
• Administration & Support Functions: Oversee administration, HR coordination, logistics, procurement, and facility management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, Muqeem, Iqama, and visa regulations.
• Implement strong internal controls, SOPs, and reporting structures.
• Monitor operational budgets, cost optimization, and profitability.
• Coordinate with finance on invoicing, collections, and cash-flow planning.
• Approve operational expenditures within delegated authority.
• Governance, Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with CITC (now CST) regulations, client requirements, and company policies.
• Manage operational risks, audits, and corrective actions.
• Maintain high standards of HSE and quality compliance.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead senior managers and department heads; drive performance through KPIs.

JOB PURPOSE:
