Job summary

The candidate should have a solid background in hospitality digital marketing, content management, SEO/SEM, and analytics to optimize campaigns and website performance for a luxury hotel experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in hotel e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably luxury.
• Proficiency in OTA extranets, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CMS platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SynXis, Ideas RMS, or similar hospitality systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive hotel's digital and e-commerce strategy.
• Monitor website performance, direct bookings, and digital revenue.
• Analyze performance and prepare monthly reports with recommendations.
• Manage and update the hotel's website content.
• Coordinate website enhancements with Corporate Marketing.
• Support SEO, SEM, Google Ads, CRM, and email marketing campaigns.
• Track website traffic, booking trends, and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, and Corporate Marketing on commercial initiatives.
