Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Manager, Development to lead development activities from concept through delivery in Riyadh. You will align business objectives with design, commercial needs and stakeholder expectations to meet milestones, budgets and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, reviewing feasibility studies and investment appraisals, and managing external consultants to ensure timely delivery of development requirements.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in real estate development or large-scale projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholders.
• Experience with major development, giga-projects or master-planned communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day development activities from concept through delivery.
• Coordinate with design, project delivery, commercial, finance and infrastructure teams.
• Support feasibility studies, business cases, briefs and investment appraisals.
• Manage project schedules, development budgets and milestones.
• Monitor risks and develop mitigation plans for schedule and cost.
