Job summary

ASMO in Saudi Arabia is seeking a logistics professional to facilitate communication and coordination across supply chain stages. The role focuses on ensuring a healthy, efficient flow of goods and information from origin to destination.

You will execute network and transport planning, manage daily shipments, and provide performance insights to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Strong English skills and a high-school or diploma qualification are required, with 0-5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English.
• 0-5 years’ experience in similar or related field.
• Diploma or high school education required; professional certification recommended could be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Execute network & transport planning and design operations to enable fast, reliable shipment of goods.
• Manage daily shipment execution and monitor operational exceptions.
• Ensure shipment debriefs and POD documentation are captured in the system.
• Support end-to-end transport operations including stock-keeping and delivery.
• Track budget performance and coordinate financial alignment with units.
• Prepare performance reports to drive continuous improvement and report to stakeholders.
