Job summary

Massaraa is seeking an experienced Design Manager with a strong Civil Engineering background for large-scale Water EPC projects. The role is based in Al Kharj, with ASAP joining. You will lead multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and construction teams to ensure design integrity.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in design management, Water/Wastewater infrastructure experience, and fluency in English, with native Arabic skills preferred for local coordination.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering background required.
• 20+ years of experience in design management.
• Design Manager experience on large-scale Water EPC projects.
• Water or wastewater infrastructure experience, not buildings.
• Experience with transmission pipelines, water/wastewater networks, pumping stations and/or treatment plants.
• Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams.
• Manage design consultants and project stakeholders.
• Manage design scopes, schedules and Design Responsibility Matrices.
• Design change control and constructability reviews.
• Develop Design Management Plans and technical deliverables.
• Prepare construction tender packages and coordinate design.
• Coordinate Engineering, Construction, Consultants and Client teams.
• Support both ongoing and tender projects.
