Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive data-driven medical insights across the therapeutic area, including psoriasis/dermatology exposure.

Qualifications

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or related healthcare discipline.
• 3-5 years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison, Medical Advisor, Clinical Development or related).
• Strong scientific knowledge in Psoriasis and/or Dermatology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the scientific and medical expert for the assigned therapeutic area.
• Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
• Generate and translate medical insights to guide priorities, evidence generation plans, and patient-focused initiatives.
• Support development and execution of evidence generation activities and medical projects.
• Develop and deliver scientific training and educational programs for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Therapy Area Leads, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Patient Services).
• Understand patient journeys and healthcare systems to improve patient outcomes.
• Leverage data and digital tools to enhance scientific engagement and medical impact.
• Ensure activities comply with laws, regulations, and Takeda policies.
