Leylaty Group seeks a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to support Saudi cuisine production and maintain high standards of food safety. You will assist with daily preparations, mise en place, and ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation across Saudi dishes.

The role requires 1–3 years of culinary experience, knowledge of Saudi cooking techniques, and a proactive approach to learning and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Culinary qualification preferred; 1–3 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie with daily kitchen preparation and production.
• Prepare and cook Saudi dishes according to standard recipes.
• Complete mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation and follow FIFO and HACCP standards.
• Support during busy service periods and ensure quality and presentation.
