Job summary

Amazon in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to support in-station delivery issues and provide real-time information to customers. You will help ensure packages are delivered on time and coordinate with customers and service partners to resolve problems.

You will handle calls, demonstrate empathy, and work across multiple platforms to gather accurate delivery details, escalating when necessary to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
