Job description

To ensure SAP is live in processing, data input and compiling and is correctly entered by efficient coordination to get accurate data among team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise external services to all Depot facilities, open areas, parking areas, and building surroundings for better warehouse, workshop and office work environment.


• Monitoring the hygienic, quality & cost-effective canteen & catering services to all employees in the Region.


• Ensure the on-going cleaning of depots, carpet cleaning of offices and open areas, pest control services, etc. in order to provide safe and dust free environment.

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, transaction reporting, or a similar role, with SAP proficiency.

Education Qualifications

Diploma degree is a must.
