Job summary

AmCan International Group is a leading distributor of specialty wellness products in the MENA region with 18+ countries and 3,000+ points of sale. The company seeks a Data Entry Clerk & Warehouse Coordinator in Jeddah to enter and manage data, generate Excel reports, and coordinate with drivers and the warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries and accurate stock updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
Experience in FMCG, trading, retail, or warehouse sector.
Experience in Warehouse Management and Operations.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization.
Good communication skills and ability to follow up on pending tasks.

Responsibilities

Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data in the system and Excel sheets.
Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
Follow up with drivers regarding deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.
Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock updates.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly filed.
Support the Operations and Supply Chain team with general administrative and reporting tasks.
