Job summary

Talent Diamond, a leading FMCG company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Associate Manager, Distributor Inventory Management to join its Supply Chain team in Jeddah.

You will be the main contact for VMI/CMI customers, overseeing end-to-end replenishment, inventory accuracy, and timely service. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and collaboration with Demand & Supply Planning, Sales, Logistics, and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification.
• 2–4 years of related operational experience in replenishment, inventory management, or similar supply chain.
• Experience working with customers in a collaborative environment.
• Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and Customer Service processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer replenishment activities using VMI/CMI systems and agreed inventory management processes.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, inventory levels, and out-of-stock risks.
• Use planning, forecasting, and replenishment techniques to optimize inventory at customer distribution centers.
• Generate replenishment orders while balancing customer service targets and inventory levels.
• Maintain and update inventory management system inputs, including lead times and new product introductions.
• Coordinate with Demand & Supply Planning, Sales, Logistics, Transportation, and Supply Chain Analytics teams.
• Support optimization of distribution and transportation costs.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers on stock replenishment issues and inventory-related concerns.
• Ensure customers receive accurate and timely information required to manage stock activities.
• Support stock allocation and customer prioritization based on operational demand.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and supply chain optimization initiatives.

Our client, a leading FMCG company in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Associate Manager, Distributor Inventory Management to join its Supply Chain team in Jeddah.

The role will act as the main point of contact for VMI/CMI customers and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end replenishment process, ensuring inventory accuracy, service fulfillment, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer replenishment activities using VMI/CMI systems and agreed inventory management processes.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, inventory levels, and out-of-stock risks.
• Use planning, forecasting, and replenishment techniques to optimize inventory at customer distribution centers.
• Generate replenishment orders while balancing customer service targets and inventory levels.
• Maintain and update inventory management system inputs, including lead times, network changes, delivery expectations, and new product introductions.
• Coordinate with Demand & Supply Planning, Sales, Logistics, Transportation, and Supply Chain Analytics teams.
• Support optimization of distribution and transportation costs.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers on stock replenishment issues and inventory-related concerns.
• Ensure customers receive accurate and timely information required to manage stock activities.
• Support stock allocation and customer prioritization based on operational demand and supply reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and supply chain optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant operational experience, preferably in order fulfillment, replenishment, inventory management, or a similar supply chain environment.
• Experience working with customers in a collaborative environment.
• Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and Customer Service processes.
• Knowledge of VMI/CMI, replenishment, demand planning, and inventory management.
• Understanding of logistics processes, including materials handling, picking, delivery, transportation optimization, and route planning.
• Experience in Physical Logistics, Sales Support, or related Supply Chain functions is an advantage.
• Exposure to business improvement or process optimization projects is preferred.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.

Preferred Profile

Candidates with FMCG, retail distribution, food and beverage, consumer goods, or high-volume supply chain experience will be highly considered.
