Job summary

AmCan International Group is a leading distributor of specialty wellness products in the MENA region with 18+ countries and 3,000+ points of sale. The company seeks a Data Entry Clerk & Warehouse Coordinator in Jeddah to enter and manage data, generate Excel reports, and coordinate with drivers and the warehouse team to ensure timely deliveries and accurate stock updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
• Experience in FMCG, trading, retail, or warehouse sector.
• Experience in Warehouse Management and Operations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow up on pending tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data in the system and Excel sheets.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
• Follow up with drivers regarding deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly filed.
• Support the Operations and Supply Chain team with general administrative and reporting tasks.

Data Entry Clerk & Warehouse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data accurately in the system and Excel sheets.

• Follow up with drivers regarding deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.
