Job summary

Daikin Saudi دايكن - السعودية is seeking a Project Manager – Datacentres to lead the delivery of data centre HVAC projects in Riyadh from design development through commissioning and handover.

You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and developers to ensure technical compliance, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction while upholding Daikin standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (required).
• 8+ years of experience in HVAC project management, especially data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, precision cooling, CRAH/CRAC units, heat rejection systems and commissioning processes.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and developers on large-scale projects to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design development phase to ensure Daikin solutions meet project specs and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to review equipment selections, submittals and design compliance.
• Follow up with design consultants and stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure Daikin products are specified.
• Manage project execution from order to handover, coordinating with main and MEP contractors to achieve on-time completion.
• Monitor schedules, milestones and deliverables; ensure equipment delivery, installation, testing and commissioning per requirements.
• Resolve technical and commercial issues with internal departments; conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Factory and Finance to maintain schedules and commercial objectives.
• Ensure project documentation, approvals, variation orders and close-out documents are completed accurately.
