Job summary

Daikin Middle East & Africa is seeking a Project Manager – Data Centers in Riyadh to lead HVAC projects from design through commissioning, ensuring technical compliance, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and developers to align design, procurement and installation with project requirements.

The role requires a mechanical engineering degree, 8+ years in HVAC project management, PMP preferred, and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in HVAC project management, including data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, precision cooling, CRAH/CRAC units and commissioning processes.
• Experience working with consultants, contractors, and developers on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development for Daikin solutions meeting project specifications and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering to review equipment selections and submittals.
• Monitor design progress and ensure timely submission of technical documents.
• Manage project execution from order to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with main contractors, project developers and consultants to ensure on-time completion.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to management.
• Coordinate with Service, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to maintain schedules and commercial objectives.
