Job summary

Daikin Saudi is seeking a Senior Project Execution Engineer (HVAC Projects) to lead end-to-end delivery of HVAC turnkey projects across the Central & Eastern Region of KSA from Riyadh.

This role owns the full lifecycle from handover by Sales through planning, execution, monitoring, documentation, commissioning, and close-out, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and in line with quality and HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC project execution with chillers and VRV systems.
• Turnkey HVAC project delivery experience in KSA or GCC markets preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC technologies and central plant solutions.
• Experience with project management frameworks and execution tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate project scope, specifications, and contractual obligations from Sales.
• Lead project kick-off meetings with stakeholders and establish objectives and communication protocols.
• Develop and manage integrated project execution plans covering schedule, resources, procurement, cash flow, and cost baselines.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, design, and logistics to ensure project readiness.
• Lead site execution of HVAC projects and manage subcontractors while ensuring scope, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Own project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and margin protection.
• Oversee testing and commissioning, handover, and client acceptance.
