Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of client-facing data analytics or digital consulting experience.
• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage teams.
• Strong SQL, Python, Power BI, and cloud platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data & AI engagements for procurement and supply chain.
• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics and AI projects.
• Oversee data transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and GenAI.
• Manage complex stakeholder environments and guide delivery teams.
• Engage with digital, IT, and business leadership.
• Prepare and lead senior client meetings, steering committees, and workshops.
• Translate complex data concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal assets.
