Job summary

Inverto Riyadh, supported by BCG, is seeking an experienced Manager in Digital, Data, and AI to turn insights into action within procurement and supply chain projects. You will lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, guide senior client discussions, and shape our data-driven offerings.

Ideal candidates bring 5-6+ years in data analytics or digital consulting, strong Python/SQL skills, and a proven ability to manage teams and complex stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years of professional experience in data analytics, AI, or digital consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or similar).
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage teams, and drive project outcomes in data and analytics contexts.
• Strong experience with data analysis, visualization, and transformation tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel), with hands-on Python for analytics, automation, or AI workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms and/or modern data ecosystems.
• Practical exposure to AI and GenAI technologies (LLMs, APIs, retrieval-based systems) and their business applications.
• Ability to translate complex business problems in procurement & supply chain into scalable analytics & AI solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences.
• Results-driven mindset with proactive ownership.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel based on client and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Data & AI engagements across procurement and supply chain use cases, including data transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and GenAI applications.
• Engage with digital, IT, and business leadership; prepare and lead senior client meetings, steering committees, and workshops; translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Turn data into decisions by designing analytics solutions from data pipelines to dashboards and predictive models; build robust, data-backed business cases.
• Shape the evolution of Data Analytics & AI by developing new offerings, reusable assets, and scalable solutions; contribute ideas on GenAI and automation.
• Contribute to winning new work through proposals, client pitches, and opportunity assessments; bring subject-matter expertise to shape go-to-market narratives.
• Mentor and coach junior team members; lead project teams and ensure high-quality, consistent delivery.
• Build and refine knowledge assets; lead the creation of internal tools, benchmarks, and best practices.
• Shape our Data, Analytics & AI community by supporting recruitment, training initiatives, and growth of the practice.
