The role covers recruiting, training, and performance management, plus real-time stock updates and timely fulfillment to meet delivery promises.
Keemart is Meituan's self-operated on-demand retail business in overseas markets. It first launched in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in May 2025, offering rapid delivery of groceries and daily essentials within 20 minutes . As a key part of Meituan's "Grocery Retail" business expansion overseas, Keemart represents an extension of the company's mission ( We help people eat better, live better. ) in international markets . Leveraging Meituan's mature "front-tier warehouse + instant delivery" model, it is dedicated to providing overseas consumers with a safe, high-quality, and convenient fresh grocery shopping experience .
The Store Manager is primarily responsible for the operation and management of an individual service station. The average area of a service station ranges from 700 to 1,000 square meters, housing approximately 6,000 SKUs. While the daily order volume varies by city, it generally exceeds 1,000 orders per day. The team size, which consists of third-party employees, is determined by this order volume and typically ranges from 15 to 30 personnel.
The Store Manager's responsibilities can be categorized into three main areas:
The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of staff within the station, including those in sorting, packing, receipt/return, inventory, and aquaculture. This involves recruitment, interviewing, and training. Therefore, the manager must possess effective methods for training and performance-based selection to improve employee retention and promotion rates.
The front warehouse (service station) handles daily inbound shipments and returns from the main warehouse. The Store Manager must organize the on-site team to receive and process returns, restock shelves, and manage inventory, while also updating product stock levels online in real-time to prevent prolonged stockouts or the listing of unavailable items. Furthermore, after the service station commences operations, the manager must oversee the real-time allocation of tasks for order picking, packing, and fulfillment to ensure goods are delivered within the promised timeframe, and that order accuracy and product quality are maintained.
Daily customer complaints primarily concern product quality issues, discrepancies between ordered and received items, and delivery timeliness. Upon receiving a complaint, the Station Manager, along with relevant support departments (e.g., Quality Control, Inspection), must follow up, address the issue, and provide feedback.
