Job summary

Amazon Logistics is seeking a DA & DSP Experience Specialist to optimize partner experience across last-mile delivery. You will collect feedback through multiple listening channels, analyze insights, and coordinate with operations, ACES, and DEX teams to address priorities within SLAs.

Based at a site in Saudi Arabia, you will be the voice of DA and DSP for Amazon SA, driving cross-functional improvements and maintaining strong partner relations to ensure smooth operations.

Our last-mile delivery partners are crucial to our service, and we work closely with them to make sure deliveries large and small get to where they need to be. As a DA and DSP experience Specialist, you’ll build connections, help partners put processes in place for efficient delivery, and smooth out any issues they experience, all with the aim of creating a partnership that’s successful for many years. You will leverage multiple listening channels to identify experience priorities, consolidate feedback, and work cross-functionally to address key improvement opportunities. You will also conduct roundtables with partners to keep a pulse check on sentiment.

A day in the life

You’ll be based at one of our sites. Being on site allows you to stay close to every part of the delivery process and means you have visibility of everything to guide our logistics partners. You’ll look after all elements of our listening channels and will create a funnel to leadership on the key priorities they will need to address.

Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles ‘last mile’ delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Basic Qualifications
