Job summary

Amazon Logistics is hiring a DA & DSP Experience Specialist based at one of our sites in Saudi Arabia. You’ll build connections with last-mile partners, help them improve processes for efficient delivery, and address issues to sustain a long-term partnership.

You will collect insights from multiple listening channels, consolidate feedback, and work cross-functionally with operations, ACES, and DEX teams to address priorities within SLAs. Also conduct roundtables to gauge sentiment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze insights from listening channels to identify priorities, then work cross-functionally with operations teams, ACES, and DEX to address structural challenges within established SLAs.
• Be the voice of the DA and DSP in Amazon SA.
