Job summary

MBRF invites you to join a leading global foods company in Jeddah as a Finance Operations Specialist focused on customs and duty management. You will liaise with ZATCA, Customs and other authorities to ensure compliant processes and accurate documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' experience in customs, finance operations or related area, with ERP SAP experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in customs, duty management or finance operations.
• Experience with government authorities and customs processes preferred.
• Strong budgeting, cost allocation and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems like SAP.
• English fluency; Arabic/Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Operations and ZATCA, Customs and government entities for customs and duty processes.
• Manage duty claims, refunds, documentation and Bayan transactions.
• Monitor budget, cost allocations, GL accounts and material cost reporting.
• Support purchase requisitions, POs and payment follow-up.
• Prepare management reports, KPIs and department updates.
• Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and cross-functional projects.
