Job summary

MBRF Global Foods Company seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead ambient and cold store activities for the Jeddah site. You will drive policy implementation for order management, ensure timely receiving, issuing and dispatch, and manage inventory accuracy and KPI reporting.

You will develop annual area budgets, oversee MRP processes, ensure health, safety and 5S compliance, and embed BRF sustainability practices across warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( Major in Industrial ) or Business Administration or any relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Follow & Implement policies regarding warehouse Order management, Ensuring Picking & Loading in a flexible & efficient manner to achieve operational excellence & make the deliveries in a timely & Customer focused manner.
• Maintain the punctuality of receiving, issuance and dispatching as per agreed cut off time
• Involve & Implement the “Quality Assurance” policies and strategies
• Maintain the Warehouse (cold and ambient store) Inventory Records Accuracy and sustainable inventory control & management system
• Maintaining stock level, follow up delivery and Materials Requirement Planning ( MRP) process
• Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Process and Food Defense requirements, and other applicable procedure related to the scope of the job.
