Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Saudi Arabia seeks a Customs Clearance Agent with 2+ years of KSA experience to manage import/export declarations. You will work on Fasah and Bayan platforms, review critical documents, and coordinate with SABER, SFDA, CITC, and GACA for timely releases.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance to resolve issues, stay compliant with regulations, and improve processing KPIs in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Customs, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in KSA customs, customs clearance, freight forwarding, express delivery, logistics, or 3PL operations.
• Hands-on experience using Fasah and Bayan for declarations and release management.
• Solid knowledge of KSA/GCC HS Codes, customs declarations, duties/taxes, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred; ZATCA/Fasah or SABER/SASO training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage customs operations and clearance for KSA import/export shipments with accurate declarations.
• Handle Fasah and Bayan platform tasks including submission, tracking, and release.
• Review documents (invoices, packing lists, HS codes) for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals through SABER, SFDA, CITC, GACA and other platforms.
• Address clearance issues (inspections, missing documents, discrepancies) and drive timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Transportation, Finance and customers to resolve customs issues.
• Monitor updates to KSA regulations and manage compliance risks.
• Track KPIs and participate in process improvement to enhance clearance efficiency.
