Job summary

Rentokil Boecker is seeking a Customer Success Telesales professional to strengthen customer relationships and drive retention in a fast-paced team environment. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support retention, renewals, and up-selling, while identifying and resolving complaints within set timelines.

The role emphasizes data analysis, monthly dashboards, and proactive account management to revive at-risk accounts and improve branch revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and telephone selling skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multi-functional team, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support branches for retention, renewals and up-selling to increase branch revenue.
• Identify and resolve customer complaints within specified timelines for compliant management.
• Identify alert customers and revive accounts through proactive account management.
• Provide recommendations and suggestions to branches for improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews and terminate non-revivable accounts; share monthly dashboards with analysis.
