Job summary

Abdul Latif Jameel Company is seeking a Logistics/Operations support professional to engage in Sales activities and coordinate with Supply Chain to meet customer expectations. You will coordinate with Call Centre and PDC teams to resolve requirements and report on demand with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction.

The role requires a relevant Diploma and at least 2 years of experience, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum – Relevant Diploma with background in Parts Operations, Sales, Inventory, Planning and Management
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Microsoft Office: Use of Microsoft Office applications - advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint
• Time Management: Managing one's own time and the time of others.
• Active Learning: Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Sales activities including communication with concerned stakeholders to support customers in all means of customer service.
• Communicate with all Supply Chain functions to deliver Customer expectations.
• Co-ordinate with Call Centre frequently to facilitate customer requirements.
• Proper communications among stakeholders on time to resolve customer requirements.
• Proper and timely reporting to management based on demand.
• Monitor and measure all Supply Chain processes to ensure maximum operational efficiency with reduced costs.
• Kaizen backload process.
• Coordinate with PDC on PDR requests
• Coordinate with logistic vendor/s to expedite order delivery to customers by home delivery or center collection
