Job summary

Abdul Latif Jameel Company is seeking a Warehouse Operation Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, drive TPS adoption, and ensure accurate parts handling and reporting across the site. The position requires a Diploma in Business and at least 3 years in warehouse operations, with strong time management and problem-solving skills to meet daily

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 3 years in warehouse operations (at least 2 years in warehouse ops).

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Toyota Production System (TPS) in the main warehouse to ensure parts are stored and piled according to targets.
• Ensure right parts are handled at the right time with quality, utilizing warehouse resources per policy.
• Coordinate with Quality, Production, Planning, Inventory and PD for stock receiving/issuing documentation and discrepancies.
• Maintain daily 5S/PPO audits, IMTITHAL, and update stock reports daily and monthly.
