Job summary

Abdul Latif Jameel Motors is seeking a Parts Sales liaison to open new sales channels, manage the parts orders cycle, and ensure timely invoicing and collections. The role requires 3–5 years in sales, ERP and SAP familiarity, and strong communication with wholesalers and brokers.

You will work under close supervision, coordinating with the warehouse and finance teams to ensure parts availability and on-time delivery, while maintaining customer relations in the MENAT region.

Purpose of the Job

Achieve parts sales target, through opening new sales channels/customers and maintain the parts orders cycle using JSAP system, re-invoice parts orders to customer, and issuing PDR requests in case of order discrepancy. Moreover, the jobholder is responsible for ensuring collection on time and maintain the overdue payments at minimum level.

Major Activities

1. Collect wholesalers’ requirements and communicate to parts warehouse using JSAP system.
2. Invoicing orders using SAP /ERP System following ordering process.
3. Issue PDR Report (Parts Discrepancy Report) in case reported by the customer.
4. Ensure and follow up on Parts delivery to the customer as planned.
5. Coordinate with the Warehouse team in case of PDR and/or Late delivery.
6. Collect the market pulse towards Parts campaign and advise management.

Job Context

• This position is playing the role of the liaison between the wholesaler / broker and ALJ with reference to sales request
• The position has an impact on the satisfaction of client by ensuring the availability of parts and ensuring the process goes smoothly without any delay
• The jobholder should build and maintain good relation with the wholesaler/broker, which have impact of sales.
• This role works under close supervision
• Authority is limited to the ordering system /process management
• Decision-making is limited to the operational process of sales.
