Job summary

Boston Scientific Riyadh is offering a Customer Care Intern position (Tamheer) in the Roshan Front. The role supports order status tracking, operational summaries, and coordination with logistics, warehouse, and customer care teams.

As a 6-month internship, you will gain exposure to SAP and the Microsoft Office suite while developing professional communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Business fluency in English and Arabic.
• University degree (Bachelor’s) in English, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Track and update order status using pre-prepared reports.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational summaries.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer care for status follow-ups.
• Maintain organized documentation and filing of records.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal meetings.
• Perform general administrative tasks for the Customer Care team.
