Qualifications

• Minimum education level: University (Bachelor's Degree).
• Degree in English, Business Administration, Supply chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking and updating order status using pre-prepared non-sensitive reports.
• Support the team in preparing daily and weekly operational summaries.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, customer care) for status follow-ups.
• Help maintain organized documentation and filing of operational records.
• Support in preparing presentations and reports for internal meetings.
• Perform general administrative tasks as required by the Customer Care team.
• Demonstrate business fluency in English and Arabic.
• Stay highly organized and professional in all tasks.
