Job summary

WheeKeep seeks a CRM Representative to manage incoming customer enquiries across WhatsApp, phone and web, qualify leads, issue quotations, and pursue follow-ups until a sale closes or a clear reason is recorded. You will keep CRM records accurate and up to date.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in customer service or inside sales, native Arabic with fluent English, and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Odoo).

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, call centre, or CRM-based lead handling.
• Native Arabic with fluent English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and website promptly within shift hours.
• Qualify leads, capture customer details, and generate quotations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update stages and notes after each interaction.
• Provide regular reports on response times, quotations, and conversions.
