Job summary

Perfect Vision in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is seeking a CRM Manager to own our customer relationship management system and sales operations infrastructure. You will ensure data integrity across the client base, provide pipeline visibility, and drive process discipline from first contact to renewal.

You will administer and improve CRM/pipeline, migrate toward an integrated platform, enforce data governance per PDPL, and design Power BI dashboards for forecasting and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in CRM administration, sales operations, or a similar role, ideally in B2B technology or industrial sectors.
• Strong command of CRM platforms (Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proven expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design.
• Understanding of Saudi data privacy (PDPL) and B2B sales cycles.
• Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and process discipline.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve the CRM/pipeline system, migrating toward a platform.
• Enforce data governance and access controls across the sales team.
• Maintain a clean master client database and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards covering pipeline value and forecast accuracy.
• Build automated data models in Power BI connecting CRM and other data sources.
• Support commission tracking and target-setting with accurate data.
• Coordinate lead intake from marketing, web, tenders, and inbound channels.
• Align CRM records with delivery, installation, and AMC status with other teams.
• Train sales reps on CRM usage, data entry standards, and pipeline hygiene.
