Job summary

Bayut KSA - بيوت السعودية is seeking a Leasing Specialist to generate and convert leads across private offices, dedicated desks, hot desks, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and event spaces. You will manage the full leasing cycle from inquiry and tours to quotations, agreements, onboarding, renewals, and ongoing client support.

You will respond quickly to inquiries via multiple channels, conduct space tours, assess client needs, and propose suitable workspace solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/real estate or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in leasing, coworking/flexible workspace, or related sectors.
• Proven lead follow-up, client presentations, negotiations, and closing experience.
• Knowledge of coworking products, leasing processes, pricing, occupancy, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads for private offices, dedicated desks, hot desks, meeting rooms, and other coworking services.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-in visitors, and online platforms.
• Conduct professional tours and presentations of the coworking space to potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, lease agreements, membership agreements, and other leasing documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into signed agreements and manage the leasing cycle from inquiry to onboarding.

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for generating and converting leads for coworking and flexible workspace solutions, including private offices, dedicated desks, hot desks, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and event spaces. The role manages the full leasing cycle from initial inquiry and space tours through quotation, agreement signing, onboarding, renewal, and ongoing client support, while contributing to occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.

Generate and follow up on leads for private offices, dedicated desks, hot desks, meeting rooms, and other coworking services.

• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-in visitors, and online platforms.
• Conduct professional tours and presentations of the coworking space to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workspace solutions based on business needs, team size, budget, and duration.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, lease agreements, membership agreements, and other leasing documentation accurately and on time.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and negotiate within approved commercial guidelines to convert inquiries into signed agreements.
• Achieve assigned monthly leasing, occupancy, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Maintain an accurate and updated database of leads, prospects, clients, follow-up activities, contracts, and leasing status.
• Coordinate with management on space availability, pricing, promotions, discounts, and leasing strategies.
• Manage the reception area and professionally welcome clients, visitors, and prospective tenants.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and general customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, workspace reservations, and related client requirements.
• Support existing tenants and members with daily requests and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist with tenant onboarding, move-ins, contract renewals, expansions, and move-outs.
• Maintain accurate records of occupancy, contracts, payments, renewals, and client information.
• Promote and upsell additional services such as meeting rooms, virtual offices, event spaces, and other available services.
• Monitor the presentation and operational readiness of the coworking space and promptly report maintenance or operational issues.
• Support administrative and operational tasks as required by management.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

2-4 years of experience in leasing, coworking/flexible workspace, commercial real estate, office leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service.

• Proven experience in lead follow-up, client presentations, negotiations, and closing agreements is preferred.
• Experience in the Riyadh or Saudi commercial real estate/coworking market is an advantage.

Knowledge

Knowledge of coworking and flexible workspace products, office leasing processes, pricing, occupancy, and customer service standards.

• Understanding of basic leasing documentation, quotations, agreements, renewals, and payment follow-up.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email, and digital communication channels

Skills

Strong sales, negotiation, lead-conversion, and closing skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, customer service, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong organization, follow-up, record-keeping, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work toward monthly occupancy and revenue targets.
• Fluency in Arabic and good professional English communication skills.
