Job summary

BrightPath Engineering in Mecca is seeking a Courier Supervisor to oversee a team of couriers and ensure timely deliveries while upholding service standards.

You will plan routes, monitor performance, and coordinate with customer service to resolve issues, with a focus on accuracy and safety. This contract role requires flexibility and the ability to work weekends. Experience in logistics and knowledge of local traffic is preferred. Proficiency in English and Hindi is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Courier or in a similar supervisory role.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (preferred).
• Familiarity with Mecca's roads and traffic patterns.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends.

Salary: $1500 per month

This is a contract position suitable for men. Indian nationality is preferred but not required.
