Job summary

EBANX Group in Riyadh seeks a senior leader to Analyze and Optimize performance, drive operational excellence, and grow our payments presence in the Saudi market. You will steer cross-functional teams across analytics, product, and commercial functions, leveraging data and market insights to deliver measurable improvements.

The role requires a strong background in Saudi payments, fluency in English and Arabic, and a proven ability to manage complex regulatory and market dynamics while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, finance, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Experience in Saudi payments or financial services is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance analysis and drive optimization across payment ops.
• Collaborate with legal/compliance to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Build and maintain a strong external network within the Saudi payments ecosystem.

Use data and market insights to analyze performance identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence

What You ll Need

Language Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
