Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Cost Control, preferably within the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of F&B Cost Control and Inventory Management.
• Experience with hotel accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Hotel experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control Food & Beverage costs and operating expenses.
• Review purchasing, receiving, issuing, and inventory processes.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock balances.
• Analyze cost variances and prepare periodic cost reports.
• Monitor food and beverage consumption and wastage.
• Ensure proper costing of menus, recipes, and products.
• Coordinate with Finance, F&B, Kitchen, Purchasing, and Stores departments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
