Job summary

AimGulf is seeking a skilled Cost Control / Cost Management professional to lead project cost control for a major Saudi Arabian development. You will develop and monitor the cost control system, align progress with earned value, and prepare comprehensive cost reports for executive decision-making.

The role requires strong knowledge of cost management, budgeting, and EVM, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and professional certification advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, quantity surveying or related field.
• PMP or CCP certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of cost management principles and project controls.
• Experience with earned value management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and maintain the project cost control system aligned with the approved budget.
• Monitor expenditures, commitments and cost performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and update cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and cost dashboards for management review.
• Coordinate with Planning Engineers to integrate progress with cost performance and earned value analysis.
• Review subcontractor payments, procurement commitments and cost allocations.
• Prepare budget revisions, forecasts and EAC reports throughout the project lifecycle.
