Job summary

eFinancialCareers Ltd. is seeking a senior Corporate Cards Product & Sales Management leader in Riyadh to drive growth, product development, and client acquisition within the corporate and SME segments.

You will work across Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking and Treasury to identify opportunities, develop integrated payment solutions, and strengthen partner and client relationships for sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years in corporate, commercial, or business card products within banking or financial services.
• Experience growing and managing corporate card portfolios.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies for business card products.
• Strong collaboration with banking and cash management stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth, optimisation and profitability of the Corporate Cards portfolio across corporate/SME segments.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand relationships.
• Identify evolving client/market needs and translate into compelling card propositions.
• Partner with banking, cash management, and relationship teams to maximise opportunities.
• Drive end-to-end client journey from acquisition to activation and ongoing relationship development.
