Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of senior leadership experience in Smart Cities, PropTech, GIS, Big Tech, or Telecom.
• Hands-on urban technology and 3D mapping/GIS domain expertise.
• Strong PPP/ public sector deal experience with P&L management.
• Growth mindset bridging deep-tech with commercial market needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational execution, business strategy, and commercial growth of the platform.
• Spearhead deployment of 3D Digital Twins, Geospatial AI, and Sovereign Cloud Infrastructure for mega-projects.
• Transform AI and spatial data capabilities into scalable SaaS and B2G/ B2B products.
• Engage government stakeholders and municipalities to position the tech as national standard.
• Build and mentor a world-class team with strong governance and data sovereignty.
