Top Notch Consultancy is seeking a Regional Sales Lead to drive growth across the GCC, with a focus on KSA, building strategic partnerships and closing enterprise deals.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing with public and private sector clients, collaborate with pre-sales and product teams, and expand the company’s footprint in a rapidly evolving smart city market.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in SaaS sales, ideally smart cities, urban tech, or digital infrastructure.
• Proven track record of closing enterprise contracts with government entities and real estate developers.
• Strategic approach to complex multi-stakeholder sales processes.
• Strong professional network in the Middle East; ability to engage senior decision-makers in English; Arabic advantageous.
• Candidates should be based in UAE or KSA.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strategic relationships with clients across UAE, KSA and GCC.
• Oversee the full enterprise sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, BD and product teams to deliver demos, proposals, and upsell opportunities.
• Partner on alliance strategies to pursue new opportunities.
• Stay updated on trends in smart cities and urban tech in the region.
