Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a seasoned Commercial/Contract Administrator to oversee contractual, commercial, and cost-related matters across bridge and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role covers contract administration, change management, payments, and risk monitoring, working with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in commercial management, quantity surveying, or contract administration, with experience on major infrastructure projects and knowledge of FIDIC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a construction/engineering discipline.
• Master’s degree is desirable.
• Professional membership with leading institutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements and governance.
• Monitor costs, budgets, forecast, and commercial performance.
• Manage variation orders, contract amendments, and change requests.
• Assist in preparing payment certifications and commercial assessments.
• Review measured quantities and support cost verification activities.
• Support procurement, tender review, and subcontract administration.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and support audits and reviews.
