AtkinsRéalis is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage cost-control activities, measurements, and contract tasks for infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role emphasizes accuracy, cost reporting, and effective negotiation with contractors.

The candidate should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering and 5–10 years of QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects, with strong knowledge of FIDIC and cost-control tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years’ QS experience, preferably on road/highway projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contract management, and cost-control tools.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with cost parameters.
• Measure completed work and prepare BOQs for changes or additional works.
• Assist in claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor project cost performance and report deviations.
• Evaluate contractor invoices and support contract administration.
