Job summary

Oman OnlineConnect in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of major construction projects. You will plan, organize and manage timelines, budgets and resources while coordinating with clients, contractors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree and at least five years of PM experience, strong leadership, communication and safety compliance. This role is on-site with accommodation and visa support provided.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Jeddah Saudi Arabia As a Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for planning organizing and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish This role requires strong leadership skills attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage a team

Responsibilities

• - Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
• - Develop project timelines budgets and schedules
• - Liaise with clients contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• - Oversee all aspects of the construction process including budgeting scheduling quality control and safety compliance
• - Manage project resources including labor materials equipment and subcontractors
• - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• - Prepare project progress reports for stakeholders
• - Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
• - Knowledge of construction processes building codes and safety regulations
• - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary The salary for this position is 1200$ per month

Location This position is located in Jeddah
