Job summary

PPOAR in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to completion. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring safety and codes compliance, and collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors.

Ideal candidates have a Civil Engineering background, proven PM experience, and strong leadership with excellent English communication. Indian nationals with their own visa are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in reputable companies.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and equipment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in Jeddah without accommodation provided by the company.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring their timely completion and within budget. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and excellent leadership and communication skills.
