Job summary

PeakFleet in Jeddah is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects, coordinate with clients, contractors, architects and engineers, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure safety compliance on site.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, have 5+ years in construction leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to lead teams to deliver quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, quality of materials used and adherence to plans.
• Prepare project reports for upper management as needed.
