Construction Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Hire and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents.
• Familiarity with construction software programs such as AutoCAD or Procore is a plus.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Location

This job is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. While we prefer candidates who are currently residing in Jeddah or nearby cities, we welcome applicants from all over India who are willing to relocate.

Contract Type

This is a contract job with an initial duration of 1 year. However, there is potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance.

Experience Level
