Job summary

WaveWorks is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our Jeddah projects. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities, ensuring on-time delivery and quality within budget.

The role requires proven leadership, strong project management, and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Experience working on projects in Jeddah is preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage construction projects according to contract specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure progress and compliance.
• Develop detailed project schedules and budget plans.
• Monitor project progress and adjust to ensure timely completion.
• Review and approve contractor bids and proposals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality.
• Resolve issues or conflicts during construction.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status.

We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our contracted projects in Jeddah As the Construction Manager you will be responsible for planning coordinating and supervising all aspects of the construction process Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and meet all quality standards To excel in this role you must have extensive experience in the construction industry and strong leadership skills You must also possess excellent project management abilities and a strong understanding of construction processes and regulations

Responsibilities

• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English Arabic proficiency is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field Masters degree preferred
